Terms

These Terms apply to projects purchased through Human50 from Edvárd Szebasztián Pasz. Human50 is offered exclusively to entrepreneurs, businesses and self-employed professionals acting for purposes attributable to their business or independent professional activity.

Human50 is not offered to consumers. By purchasing a project, you confirm that you are acting in a business or independent professional capacity.

Each purchase covers one focused software MVP with the scope confirmed through Human50 before payment. The selected project type, functionality, appearance, materials and submitted notes form the project brief.

Human50 may interpret implementation details reasonably where the brief does not specify them. Work outside the confirmed scope is not included. A larger request may require a separate project.

The project price is $50 total and is payable in advance through the payment method offered at checkout. There is no subscription or recurring charge.

A project becomes eligible for execution after payment has been successfully confirmed. Paid projects enter the Human50 execution queue.

Projects are generally handled according to their position in the execution queue. Queue position is operational information and does not constitute a guaranteed completion date.

Human50 will implement the confirmed scope as a working first version. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, no particular delivery date, commercial result, traffic level, revenue, compatibility with every third-party system or continued availability of third-party services is guaranteed.

You are responsible for providing information, materials, credentials and decisions reasonably required to perform the project and for ensuring that you are entitled to provide and use them.

You must not submit unlawful content, malicious code, confidential information you are not authorised to disclose, or material that infringes third-party rights.

A project may use third-party software, platforms, APIs, hosting, libraries or other services where appropriate. Their availability, terms, pricing and behaviour are controlled by their respective providers. Any third-party fees are not included unless expressly stated in the confirmed project scope.

After full payment, you receive the rights necessary to use the project-specific work created for you for your business purposes. Third-party software, open-source components, fonts, assets and other pre-existing materials remain subject to their respective licences and rights.

Human50 retains rights in pre-existing tools, reusable components, methods, know-how and general-purpose code that were not created exclusively for your project.

If the delivered project materially differs from the confirmed scope, notify Human50 without undue delay and describe the issue sufficiently for it to be assessed.

Where legally required, statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. Human50 may first attempt to correct a reproducible defect within the agreed scope.

Human50 is liable in accordance with applicable law. To the extent legally permissible in a business-to-business transaction, liability for slight negligence is excluded except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

You remain responsible for reviewing the project before relying on it in production and for maintaining appropriate backups, access controls and operational safeguards.

An unpaid project may be cancelled through Human50. After payment, cancellation or refund requests are assessed according to the project status, work already performed and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms creates a general right to a refund after work has begun.

These Terms and the contractual relationship are governed by Austrian law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. To the extent legally permissible, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vienna, Austria.
