Human50 uses Supabase to provide authentication and account functionality. When you sign in, account identifiers and authentication information required to maintain your session are processed.

You may choose to authenticate using a supported third-party provider, currently Apple, Google, GitHub or X. The provider you choose processes the authentication request under its own privacy terms and may provide Human50 with information required to identify your account.

This processing is necessary to provide your account and authenticated project functionality and, where applicable, to take steps at your request before entering into or performing a contract.

When you create a project, Human50 processes the project brief and related information you submit, including your selected project requirements, notes, project status and information required to execute and administer the project.

Human50 also records information connected with the contractual process, including business-customer confirmation, acceptance of the applicable Terms, payment status and operational project history.

This information is processed to take steps at your request, perform the contract, administer the service and establish or document the contractual relationship.

Payments are processed through Stripe. When you proceed to payment, information necessary to create and complete the payment is transmitted to Stripe. Stripe processes payment details through its own payment infrastructure.

Human50 records payment-related information needed to associate a successful payment with your project, such as payment status and a payment reference. Human50 does not require you to enter card details directly into Human50.

Payment processing is necessary for the performance of the contract and for the administration of payments.

Human50 uses browser storage where necessary to provide requested functionality. A project draft may be stored temporarily in session storage so that it can survive navigation during the booking process.

Authentication cookies are used to maintain signed-in sessions. These technologies are used for functionality requested by the user rather than advertising or behavioural tracking.

Human50 does not currently run behavioural analytics or advertising trackers on the website. No analytics or advertising cookies are currently used by Human50.

Human50 uses service providers where necessary to operate the service. These currently include Supabase for authentication and application data infrastructure and Stripe for payment processing.

Personal data is disclosed only where necessary to provide the service, process payments, comply with legal obligations, protect legal claims or where another lawful basis permits the disclosure.

Some service providers or authentication providers may process personal data outside Austria or the European Economic Area. Where data is transferred internationally, the transfer is handled in accordance with the safeguards and transfer mechanisms required by applicable data-protection law.

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to perform and document projects, to administer the contractual relationship, and to comply with applicable legal retention obligations. Data may be retained for longer where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Subject to the conditions of applicable data-protection law, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data, to receive data in a portable format, and to object to certain processing.

You may exercise applicable rights by contacting hello@human50.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority.

This privacy notice may be updated when Human50 changes how personal data is processed or when legal requirements change. The current version is published on this page.
